Bezark, the experience design studio famous for spectacular attractions at theme parks, museums, and special events, held an evening of joyous creative charrette presided over by "venerable celebrity judge” and former TEA President himself, Adam Bezark. "You know that one attraction? The one that's been your favorite forever?” asked host Brett Jackson, introducing the TEA Master. “Adam made that.” Almost 100 creative professionals gathered to brainstorm, network and howl with laughter playing a new kind of creativity gameshow: “Best Possible Experience.” Invented by creative agency Live Action Attractions, this 60 minute interactive game billed as "the kooky creative concepts game for creators of experience,” excited the imagination and emboldened tonight's audience to create something great. "Creativity thrives in environments of psychological safety,” says the game's creator, Brett Jackson. “Our game makes that achievable for the audience using three special safeguards.” All submissions are voluntary. All submissions are anonymous. And submissions should try to be terrible. A blank permission slip for creators and reminder that every great work of art "started out lousy." Photo Credit to Jacob Land at www.jslandstudios.com And pitch they did - of the ten selected concepts, nine creators took the stage to thunderous supportive applause. “We seek attraction concepts for the city of Las Vegas - who has declared a mandatory bedtime - now that scientists have proven gamblers lose twice as much when well-rested." All experiences will be judged on 3 criteria: “they must be authentically Vegas,” “they incentivize good, restful sleep,” and, of course, "they need an amazing name with Vegas and/or “sleeping” puns. “Example...
